By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
1. TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Site Access
Access is granted for personal use only.You agree not to interfere with the functionality or security of the Site.
1.2 Bookings and Payments
By booking with Sandrino, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.Payment information provided must be accurate. Third-party processors may be used.Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due 28 days before the service start date.
1.3 Changes and Cancellations by You
Cancellations made up to 15 days before the service date may receive a 50% refund.Changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
1.4 Changes and Cancellations by Sandrino
We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
1.5 Health and Participation
Clients are responsible for confirming they are medically fit to travel.Sandrino cannot guarantee accommodation of medical conditions.
1.6 Conduct During Services
You agree to follow the guidance of Sandrino representatives. Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion without refund.
1.7 Accuracy of Information
While all information is provided in good faith, occasional errors may occur. Details should be confirmed at the time of booking.
1.8 Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to external websites. Sandrino is not responsible for their content or policies.
1.9 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and copyrights on the Site belong to Sandrino Ills Ltd.Unauthorized use is prohibited.
1.10 Liability
Sandrino is not liable for errors, independent contractor actions, or events beyond our control.Liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service concerned.
1.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sandrino against claims arising from misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
1.12 Governing Law
Travel Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
2. CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
2.1 Membership Applications
Applications are subject to approval at Sandrino’s discretion.Accurate personal information must be provided and updated promptly.Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2.2 Membership Fees & Payment
Upon acceptance, the Joining Fee and first monthly Membership Fee are payable.Membership is based on a 12-month contract with a review at month six.Fees are non-refundable.Membership renews automatically unless notice of non-renewal is given 60 days before the renewal date.
2.3 Services
Sandrino provides concierge and lifestyle management services 24/7, unless otherwise agreed.Requests must comply with applicable laws and standards of decency.Sandrino may receive commissions from Suppliers.Telephone calls may be recorded for quality and training.
2.4 Restaurants, Clubs & Tickets
Deposits for restaurant bookings forfeited due to late cancellation may be charged to your Payment Card.Admission to clubs is subject to the Supplier’s discretion.Tickets may be sourced through third parties at above face value. Sales are final and non-refundable, unless cancelled by the promoter/artist.
2.5 Requests & Procurement
Requests may be made by phone, email, or message.Sandrino reserves the right to decline or withdraw Services at its discretion.Additional service or handling fees may apply and will be notified in advance.
2.6 Suppliers
Contracts for goods or services are between the Member and the Supplier.Supplier terms and conditions apply.Sandrino acts as agent only and disclaims liability for Supplier acts or omissions.
2.7 Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Supplier policies.Customs duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
2.8 Liability
Sandrino’s liability is limited to the total annual Membership Fee.We are not liable for Supplier actions, loss of profits, business, data, or delays beyond our control.
2.9 Termination
Membership may be cancelled by Sandrino for non-payment or misuse of services.These Terms remain binding for the duration of Membership.
2.10 Governing Law
Membership Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
